The Nails

 A Comic zine about a self-experiment in search of an alter ego. The protagonist changes her outer appearance with long acrylic nails, wondering if this will also change her inner self. The transformation is successful but the new self slowly takes over…   

This project is part of my diploma thesis „Annäherung an ein Alter Ego“/“Approaching the Alter Ego”. 13 individual pieces of work all share the same principle, seeking to translate the essence of an alter ego into graphic design.

24 Pages, Saddle Stitching, 130 x 185 mm.
