How do you save a moment? How does one freeze it in time to save a good feeling, to be relived at a later point? Smells, sounds and pictures can all help support a better memory of something that happened, but what else can? And can they also conjure a moment, that didn’t happen? This is an experiment that seeks to conserve a summers day for the winter.
Sound recording, anchovy pizza in epoxy resin, spice bags on cork plate, pressed marguerite, herbs in screw-top jar, video recording.
